Invitation to join our Network: Responsible Helix

I/we, the undersigned, declare our support to and participation in the network Responsible Helix established under the project ‘A Responsible Research & Innovation (RRI) Model for Impact investment & Responsible Startups’ — ‘RRIstart‘, funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme under grant agreement No 101005937.

I/we would like to congratulate your consortium for aiming to demonstrate the value of RRI for the STEM entrepreneurship ecosystem.

According to the initial report of RRIStart (deliverable 1.1 and 1.2.), startups and investors meet difficulties in adopting existing RRI principles and indicators due to the limited compatibility of current RRI models. I/we understand that RRIStart tries to foster impact investment that delivers social, environmental, and economic benefits by developing an innovative RRI-based, Social Responsibility for Start-ups Model (SRSM) by an RRI-based impact investment indicator list in a multi-stakeholder context. I/we deem it important to support the creation of a Network of Stakeholders to achieve this.

I/we understand that by being part of the Responsible Helix Network, I/we are also part of a larger effort to promote ethical and responsible business practices. In this regard, I/we will subscribe to the RRIstart private LinkedIn group via the link provided by the RRIstart consortium. I/we will have the opportunity to connect with other start-ups and organizations that share similar values, allowing us to share ideas, collaborate on projects, and exchange best practices. Additionally, being part of this network also provides us with access to the main outputs of the project, knowledge-resources, training, advice, and networking opportunities that can help us grow and scale. 

Furthermore, I/we consider that joining the Responsible Helix Network is also a great way to exercise our responsibility as it allows us to make an impact on the world around us. By joining the network, I/we can have a hand in driving positive change in the world, as well as helping to ensure that responsible and ethical business practices are followed. 

I/we acknowledge the problem which this research and innovation action addresses. I/we would like to express our interest in this project and our support to disseminate the project outcomes, since the initiative has great relevance to our activities. I/we look forward to contributing to the success of RRIStart.
